Parksule Tutoring

A better way to figure out what you don’t know.

Most studying goes wrong in the same place: you re-read what you already understand and never find the thing that’s actually broken. Parksule finds it, explains that specific thing, and gives you questions aimed at it. When you want a person instead, the tutoring is free.

No payment details, ever. Takes about a minute to set up.

Experimental design — 20 minutes. It’s your weakest skill and Unit 1 leans on it heavily.

How it works

Five steps, in this order, every time

Each step answers a question you'd otherwise have to guess at: what am I doing, why am I doing it, and what should I do next.

  1. Diagnose

A short diagnostic that isn't graded out of ten. It reports skill by skill: this one is solid, this one is shaky, this one you haven't got yet.

  2. Learn

A plain explanation of the specific idea you missed — not a chapter, not a video you have to scrub through. The one idea.

  3. Practice

Questions chosen for you. If you keep making a particular mistake, you get the questions built to catch that exact mistake.

  4. Improve

Your mastery moves as your answers change. Old mistakes stop counting against you once you can actually do it.

  5. Get help

When software isn't enough, book a free session with Om or Jaden. They see what you've been working on before you arrive.

Learn independently

The whole thing works at 2am

Nothing here waits on Om or Jaden being awake. If they do nothing on a given day, Parksule still knows what you should study and why.

Diagnostics that name the skill
You don't get 8/10. You get: Center and Spread — solid. Sampling Methods — shaky. Experimental Design — not yet. That's the difference between knowing your score and knowing what to do on Tuesday.
Practice that follows your mistakes
Every wrong answer is attached to a specific misunderstanding, written down in advance. Confuse random selection with random assignment twice and Parksule starts feeding you the questions built to separate them.
Hints before answers
Stuck on a question? You get a conceptual nudge first, then a narrowing hint, then the method. The answer stays hidden until you've had a real chance at it.
Study plans with actual days on them
Tell it your test date and how long you can study. You get a day-by-day plan that puts your weakest material first and leaves room at the end for a practice test and repairs.

Free tutoring with Om or Jaden

Some things don’t come apart on their own. Pick a tutor, pick a time they actually have free, and say what you’re stuck on. There is no cost, no package, and no card on file.

The part that makes this different: when you book, your tutor already sees your mastery on the relevant skills, the misconception you keep hitting, and the questions you got wrong this week. Nobody spends the first fifteen minutes working out where you are.

Course library

Small on purpose

A course is only listed once its questions have explanations, hints and misconception tags. Half-finished courses waste your time, so they don't go up.

  • Mathematics

    AP Statistics

Exploring data, collecting data, and reasoning about what a study actually shows. Units 1 and 2 are complete.

    2 units · 6 topics

65 questions in the bank, each with a written explanation.

Classroom features, honestly labelled

Teacher accounts exist and the foundation is built. Here is exactly what works today and what doesn't.

Working now

  • Teacher accounts and sign-in

  • Aggregate class mastery by skill

Not built yet

  • Assignments with due dates

Class views show mastery by skill across the group. They never show one student’s individual answers to another student.

FAQ

Reasonable questions

Is this actually free?
Yes — the practice platform and the tutoring both. There is no payment page anywhere in this site, no plan to add one, and no upsell at the end of a session. Om and Jaden built this to get better at software and teaching, and tutoring people is how you get better at teaching.
Who are Om and Jaden?
Two students who tutor in the subjects they've taken. They are not certified teachers and don't claim to be. If you need something outside what they know, they'll tell you rather than wing it.
Does Parksule use AI to teach me?
No. Every explanation, hint and wrong-answer diagnosis on this site was written by a person and stored in the question bank. When you pick a wrong answer, Parksule knows which misunderstanding that particular answer comes from because someone wrote that down ahead of time. Nothing is generated while you wait, and there's no chatbot.
What does a mastery score actually mean?
It is not your percent correct. It weighs recent answers more heavily than old ones, counts a hard question for more than an easy one, gives partial credit when you needed hints, and stays cautious until you've answered enough questions to have proven anything. That's why it doesn't jump to 100% after one right answer.
What if I only have ten minutes?
Use the 5-Minute Rescue. Pick a topic, answer a few questions to find where it breaks down, read one short explanation, do three targeted questions, and get a straight answer about whether you're ready to move on.
What subjects can I study?
AP Statistics Unit 1 is complete and genuinely usable today. More is being written. Parksule would rather have one course that works properly than eight that are mostly empty, so the course list will grow slowly.
Do I have to book tutoring to use this?
No. The whole platform works on its own, at 2am, without anyone else being awake. Tutoring is there when you want a person.
What do you do with my data?
Parksule stores your name, email, grade, courses and your answers — because the answers are what make the practice adaptive. It doesn't sell anything, doesn't run ads, and doesn't ask for a phone number, an address or a birthdate. Accounts are for students 13 and over.
